I found Plaza then contacted the owner, Pleasants, about models, date AND hauling away of old appliances, then gave my brother the details. On installation day, they did not take the old appliances. Pleasants informed me that my brother told the installer to keep the old appliances there. I would understand a simple mis-communication, but the PRIMARY reason for this job was to make the appliance removal easy. Pleasants installer took advantage of the fact that I was absent and lied about my brother's instructions. Simply, my brother and I found Plaza together SPECIFICALLY for the hauling away of old appliances. So my brother would not instruct them to keep them at my home.



They simply did not make any ease of my hectic schedule and 2 months later my old appliances are still in the house (installer said he would “do me a favor and come pick them up” then called once and never came.
