A reliable, nearby location for pizza, conveniently opposite a Ben and Jerry's! (Also next to a UPS store, which doesn't hurt either). The pizzas do not disappoint, and the staff is friendly, but the few employees there are overstretched in their responsibilities. This often results in long wait times when ordering by phone, and when you enter the store and ring the bell for attendancd, the staff is often too hard at work in thr back to hear that a customer has arrived.

I ordered takeout. They delivered the wrong pizza. The driver came back and got the pizza went back to the store. We waited for the next pizzas which became an hour and a half process. All they offered was a $5 credit and said thats all they could do. When asked to speak to a manager, they refused to give me any information on management. So, i just have to live with their mistake and final answer. No, i will not support and hope you dont either. This is not the first mess up, its just the icing on the cake of frustration!
