What Perry's advertises vs. how they operate are in stark contrast to each other. Prior to working with Perry's, I researched my high end piece of jewelry from a well respected online auction site. Perry's offer was 50% lower than prices that had sold for same item on this site. I felt Perry's offering was more of a bait and switch, making it feel like I was dealing with a pawn shop vs. a company that offers an honest, true value assessment for my jewelry. It is clear their overhead, being in a mall, makes Perry's less competitive. They act as a wholesaler and take a "Blue Book" approach in valuing my asset. It appears that Perry's operating profit model still requires a minimum of 100% markup. You are better off, assuming you have the time, to work with an online auction site to receive your best price. I have made substantial investments in jewelry and feel like Perry's talks down to customers looking to trade/sell their asset vs. working directly with them to make a purchase.

Perrys is so friendly and has an amazing selection if estate jewelry!!

Waited over 45 min without being offerd a seat.Found the business to be snobish, and somewhat pretentious of their claim to be the only honest business in town.. Everyone else is a crook according to them.

Perry's has always been an honest dependable jewelry store and I would recommend them with no reservations.
