This is the most trust I have felt leaving my 10 month old Beagle in an environment away from home! Amanda started the trust by great communication via email. The communication she had with me gave me the feeling I all ready knew her and Zoey before dropping Bella off for her first day of fun! She is a busy woman taking care of all these precious pups everyday, but she made me feel special by taking the time to share pictures and sending me updates though out the day. I feel we have a long lasting relationship and I know Bella can't wait to go back next week to see Zoey and her other new friends!! Amanda seems to be a natural in her profession and a caring soul that once you meet her you will feel the same way I feel! Let me add one more thing.. the establishment is off of Arrowood Road and takes less than 5 minutes once you get off highway 77..very convenient if you are heading uptown or to the Fort Mill area!

Sadie and I both L.O.V.E. Perfect Paws! We have tried 3 other daycares in Charlotte and Perfect Paws is hands/paws down our favorite!



From the very first day - and every day since then - the owner Amanda has impressed me with her excellent customer service and professionalism. She always gives me updates on Sadie's day, what she did and who she played with, and I love seeing Sadie in action through the great photos that Amanda posts on Facebook!



Amanda takes the time to get to know each dogs personality and quirks and makes every effort to keep them all happy and safe. Sadie gets super excited when she realizes where we are going - she jumps out of the car, drags me to and through the front door to the doggie gate leading to the play room. (I swear she's going to bust through it like the Kool-Aid Guy or Incredible Hulk one day...) Sadie never even looks back to say bye, which hurts my feelings a little bit (snif!), but it makes me feel better that she is so excited to be there and I know she is in great hands. After a day of running around with the other dogs, she comes home pooped and sleeps like a rock. Success!



Perfect Paws' rates are competitive with the other DDC in Charlotte, she has a GREAT referral program, and the best customer service (both human and canine) in town. Because of the poor service at Sadie's previous DDC, I actually drive past that place to take her to Perfect Paws. I strongly recommend Perfect Paws to anyone looking for a great Doggie Day Care in Charlotte!

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful perfect paws is - my dog is very nervous and hyper around new people and surroundings. I can't believe how Amanda within one day made my dog feel like it is her second home. She lays in front of the door each work day waiting to go, pulls me in, and goes right to Amanda like Mom I am fine see ya later. (of course she is excited to see me like any child when you pick them up). My dog is in great shape because of all the exercise she is getting. She loves going to Perfect Paws. Amanda was wonderful in sending me pictures and filling me in on how my dog's day is going and when I had to leave her for the first time ever she emailed me daily with updates. I would give Perfect Paws an above 5 star rating, because you can not find people who truly cares and loves your pet as much as they do.

We love Perfect Paws of Charlotte!!! It is spacious and always spotless. It is a home away from home for our dog. She gets to run as much as she wants in the large back yard play area. There is so much for them to do. She is definitely spoiled there. It is unlike any other facility we have visited.



Ms. Amanda is so great with all the dogs. She spends time with them and makes sure that they are watered, fed and get their rest time. The dogs love her as much as she loves them.

I wouldn't even call this a "boarding" facility. When your pets stay at Perfect Paws it is like they are on vacation too! From the amazing, knowledgable staff, clean and inviting facility, to the HUGE inside & outside area for the dogs to run, everything is perfect! This was my very first time boarding my three "children" and I have always been skeptical of leaving them at a kennel. Once I met the owner, Amanda, I knew she would treat my dogs just like I would do. It put my mind at ease knowing they would be in her care. I was happy to see the picture updates on Facebook and the staff was very friendly when I called to check on my babies! I will continue to let my pups "vacation" at Perfect Paws and will be recommending this top notch facility to all my friends, family, and clients! Thanks Amanda and the rest of the staff at Perfect Paws for treating my babies just like your own! You all are the best!

By far the best Doggie Daycare and boarding facility I have used!! Amanda and her amazing staff truly care about every dog that comes through the door. My dog, Rylee, loves chasing and being chased around the huge facility. No matter rain or shine there is tons of space inside or out to play. The best part for me is there are no cages. It is not like other places that keep your dog in a kennel for most of the day with a few outdoor play sessions. Rylee comes home exhausted and happy every time she goes. I highly recommend Perfect Paws of Charlotte and its Perfect owner Amanda.

I was so worried about leaving my 13 yr old OES. The owner of perfect paws put me at ease. She updated me on how my dog did each night since she could tell I was worried. I will board at perfect paws again both my dog and I were very pleased.

Perfect Paws took wonderful care of my 2 little dogs! They had never boarded overnight before so we were not sure to how they would do. Amanda did a wonderful job with them and even kept me up to date about how they were doing. Peanut and Cleo had a ball and were exhausted when they came home. We will absolutely use Perfect Paws again!
