If I could put negative stars I would. We stressed to the owner of Nova Realty that our move to Charlotte from California was extremely time sensitive. So we gave 200 dollars to "speed the process up". We heard nothing for a week! Followed up with the owner of Nova Realty and he decided in our time sensitive situation, to leave town for 10 days. I suggest that if you are looking for a company that returns phone calls or gives you any kind of customer service, that you do not use Nova Realty! We have contacted a number of property management firms and they all have been extremely helpful.LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
