I recently was in the location and was helped by Kyle and Johanna they did not know anything about cell phones and refused to sell me an iPhone because of my data plan. I will never go back. This is not a real att store theyre a 3rd party and make their own rules

i recently went here to buy a phone and the guy didnt know anything about the phones this is not a real att store do not shop there.

I RECENTLY WALKED INTO THIS STORE TO UPGRADE MY WIFE'S LINE FOR CHRISTMAS... I WAS GREETED BY A YOUNG WOMAN WHO ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION THAT I HAD AND MADE SURE I GOT THE BEST FOR MY MONEY! SHE GAVE ME MANY OPTIONS OF PHONES TO CHOOSE FROM AND MADE SURE THAT I LEFT WITH THE RIGHT PHONE..

The customer service is horrible and the company is ver shady.

I returned a cell phone case and memory card back in October and was told my refund should take 5-10 business days before it would show up in my account. It is now November 23rd and still no refund. We have been back to the store 2 times in the past few days and they keep giving us a different time that the money should be refunded. We are now to the point of contacting the BBB. The store never answers the phone either.

BEWARE!!!

I purchased a phone from this company in February 2009. The sales included a rebate from AT&T that I recieved within 4 weeks of sending in the rebate forms. The rebate that I was supposed to recieve from Noble wireless says in very small print "takes 24-26 weeks". It's now November and still no rebate. The store won't help, they say e-mail rebate department. We have sent numerouse e-mails and no response. Beware of this company!!
