First of all, spoke to the owner from whom I received a quote for a one-time move-in job. the house was empty a couple of months, and had heavy dust build up on every service. when i emailed him (3 times) to set up the time, he never answered me. I then called someone else to set up a time, and after 3 visits, the job is still not finished. The quality manager even approved the 3rd visit. After the first two visits, it appeared they only dusted as far as they could reach. still a pile of dust on ceiling fans for instance, and many other places. The owner did not care to finish the job.He preferred to invoice me and be done with me. Guess they thought I was too much trouble, but I sent pics showing the dust.
