Firstly my wife had made reservations for two rooms, a week in advance and upon arrival we found that the motel was doing some much needed improvements which where to our liking but only one of the two rooms usɗ suitable we had to go and look at almost five rooms before there was one that met our standards for your company . we went out for the day and once we were back for the evening to our surprise our room had not been serviced , no cleaning no fresh sheets nor was the restroom touched my wife had to go downstairs to get the necessary towels for both rooms. AFTER this experience we have decided not to use that hotel again while in Charlotte.
