McGary & Associates is the best. This is our second home, but our first one in Charlotte. Our agent showed us several homes that fit the bill. She also patiently explained the process to us and was there to guide us every step of the way. We're very pleased. Would definitely recommend

Despite having owned a home over three years ago. McGary & Associates was able to get us a home with first time buyer financing; no money down and no closing costs. To top it off, our interest rate is only 3.25%! McGary & Associates really knows their stuff. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a home.

McGary & Associates has helped me in many ways so I could own a home. When I walked in their door my credit score was a 513 and now my middle credit score is a 649. To top that off I'm scheduled to close on my new home in May and my total out of pocket expense is only $1000. Thank you for all your help!!

When my family first considered purchasing a home we did not know what we were doing and had horrible credit. We had dealt with several companies that gave us the run around and were more so concerned with making a sale then my families well-being. This company was AWESOME! They treated us like family and stayed with us until the end. Whenever talking realestate McGary & Associates is always the first place to come to mind.

My husband and I worked for company as well. We had a agent there and they left town 3 weeks later. We wanted to go see houses and they said they didn't have time. The houses we wanted to see they said we didn't want to see those house. We had all kinds of problems with this company. We tried to cancel the agreement and they wouldn't let us. We talked to Lester Mcgary the owner and was a rude and didn't help at all. He wouldn't let us cancel. We waited a whole year to be able to purchase because they would cancel the agreement.. If u are trying to work with this company I wouldn't..Run far away and don't look back!!!! RUN FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I added a star because it wouldn't let me post if I didn't. They deserve no stars

They advertise that they help people that have bad credit. After several weeks on not returned calls and broken promises I complained by e-mail to the owner of the company and he called me the next day and refused to help me. Well I wasn't getting any help anyway. But the truth can’t be faced by some people. Don't put your housing hopes and dreams in this companies’ hands you will regret it
