Our grinder pump stopped working and the alarm began to go off. We called a local plumbing company who came out right away but could not figure out the issue and referred us to an electrician. The second company came out and immediately told us we needed an entirely new system which would be almost $9000. We asked a third company, McCall Brothers, Inc to send someone out.

They had two people at our house within an hour (which happened to be 7:30pm on a Sunday). They determined the root cause within 15 minutes and had everything working again within 45 minutes. Tyler and Cody were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the problem.

I hope we don’t have to call them many more times in the future, but they will certainly be our first phone call. Thank you Tyler and Cody!

If I could leave no stars I would. We had a brand new 425' well placed on our new home in July of 2017. One year later, in August of 2018 our pump is shot and they won't even lay eyes on it without a crazy "service charge". 1 year and not even 1 whole month later my brand new well should not be giving me trouble. After paying near 10 grand on something I expect a higher quality of product and customer service.

I placed a cold call to McCall Brothers for my well pump. It kept running and my electricity bill was through the roof. They told me they would come the same afternoon I called and they would call when they were on their way. Early afternoon, I received a call that they were on their way. Two guys showed up at my house. I don't know anything about well pumps. They quickly found the problem, fixed the problem without having to leave to get parts and put everything back together again. It works great now! The guys they sent were professional and personable. The fee they charged was very decent and I was very happy with the service and the cost. I would recommend McCall Brothers to anyone! Honest and friendly people!
