Linda was compassionate, professional, and assertive. My experience with her was amazing and it was a true pleasure to meet her. She got my case dismissed with very little effort from me. She is affordable and a true humanitarian in which she will fight for you.

I hired Linda after getting a dwi and never thought that I would get off. Linda knows all the judges In Charlotte and knows who to put your case forward to and get the best results. In my case I blew over .2 and she had the charges dropped, I couldn't believe it! Linda is very reasonable priced and I would recommend her to anybody!

Linda is a very hard-working lady, and definitely a bull dog in the court room. She knows the law very well. I was referred to her by my best friend who knew many people that had used her for DUI's and many were very successful...including my best friend. Although I was charged with my second DUI, she won my first case. I was very pleased with the way she handled the second case even though I was convicted. My sentence was the bare minimum and gave me the best result for my charges. I would highly recommend her. She works very hard for her clients. 5 STARS.

Linda is a bulldog in the courtroom and her knowledge of the law is top-tier. She took the time to hear my story, her amazing, AMAZING staff patiently handled my anxiety/concerns, and she won my case by exposing significant illegal action demonstrated by my arresting officer. I would confidently refer anybody to her that has a future worth saving. What sad-faced reviewer left-out is that cases involving a public defender typically last 5 minutes or less in Charlotte, NC courtrooms and their clients ALWAYS get hammered by Charlotte's Zero-Tolerance penalties (seriously, just walk in and see). I sat and watched public defenders forget their clients' basic stories during trial. Public Defenders are over-worked, many are pro-bono (not getting paid to help you), and usually fresh (opposed to experienced) from law school. Think on that one, apply common sense, and do your research. Charlotte is a devastating battlefield for those with DUI's--Linda Klein and her staff are the big guns.
