I just called, had the MANAGER of the store LIE to me about who he was. His name is Sam, he told me his name was Steve. (I know because I call there often). When SAM realized he was performing sub-par, he gave me an ALIAS??? REALLY! Wouldnt you rather deal with a company that will treat you right from the outset?
