On any given day you are likely to see Ken Adams waving from the kitchen, one of the the Adams daughters waiting tables, and La'Wan Adams herself holding court chatting with customers, most of whom she knows by name. La'Wan's serves lunch and dinner as well as providing catering services to local businesses and the neighboring residential community. Notable customers include the Charlotte Bobcats and Carolina Panthers, along with area companies such as Microsoft, community leaders and local and national celebrities.
