Absolute NIGHTMARE! Joe "Kramer" is an absolute moron! We tell him exactly what we want, a simple sectional sofa, arm rest on the left, and a chase on the right side. He orders a right hand sofa and a right hand chase! They do not go together!!! Doesn't call and apologize or follow up, he has the MOVERS do it who were the ones who actually noticed it before anyone else. After two weeks I had to call and ask his manager what was going on because he was too much of a coward to admit his mistake and pick up the phone. Manger says 4 weeks, we are going on 3 months now with no sofa!!! Stay away from the man with a lisp named "kramer". Unless you like sitting on the floor for a while.

I ordered a couch and love seat on Sept 1st from Lazy Boy in Charlotte. They gave me a delivery time of 4-8 weeks. It's now the middle of Nov. and still no couch and love seat. I paid in full at the time of order (which was a BIG mistake) and now I'm at their mercy! I have barely even heard 1 word from them. Every time I call, I get the run around. Bottom line... it's the middle of November and my couch and love seat are MIA and there is nothing I can do but wait. FYI: You have to wait 12 weeks before you can cancel your order without paying 1/3 of the original cost. Well, I guess I have until Thanksgiving. Too bad we won't have a couch or love seat for any guests to sit on!

I am 7 months pregnant and went looking for a rocker/recliner type chair for the baby and myself. With the help of a sales associated, Deborah, the decision making process was easy. She showed me chairs that would fit to me and fit the needs I had. Will definitely do business with them again!!!!
