Very rude and nasty , very unprofessional..
They don't care about you or your loved one!! Don't waste your time please go somewhere else.

I called this bondsman to get services for an inmate. Upon answering, the male who picked up the phone was rude, and ignored my pleasantries. I proceeded to asked about the percentage required to bondout in which he asked for the clients first and last name and total bond amount. After providing the information, i begin to explain the situation and was immediately cut off and told “sorry, were not going to be able to help” and hung up on. I’d been recommended this bondmand through a series of others but i would NEVER have expected such a poor experience.

Karina helped my friend when she was arrested and had her out in no time. When I called they were very professional and nice. I would definitely use their service again if there is a need again in the future.

Waste of time!! This company promised me they would get my family member out of jail. Instead they made up multiple excuses oc why they couldnt and all I got was a waste of time and empty promises. They are not reliable and do not keep their word. Go anywhere else!!

Jan. 2014 I found myself in need of a Bonding Co. I was sent to Karina by my son's girlfriend. I could not have been placed in better hands. Karina is a very professional woman with an amazingly compassionate heart. She is firm, direct and so very knowledgeable. I could not have handled my situation without having Karina and her family to help, guide, listen and give me hope. This isn't just a family owned Bonding Co. I was reading some of these bad reviews and it makes doesnt make any since to me. First of all, there isn't a spanish lady that works there. 2nd of all this company is very professional. I wouldn't EVER believe that some one that owns their on business would ever provide rude customer e service or be eating on the phone. No one would EVER be rude with anyone calling to ask a question about a bond. This is thew best company. I have always come to them about every thing. The have always showed me respect regardless of what situation I would havw ro face.

This staff and business genuinely care about your situation and you as an individual! They helped me and my family during a rough time and continued to support us to this day. I would recommend Karina bail bonds to anyone that needs this service!! I love them!

I TRYED SO HARD TO GET MY ANSWER BUT HE WAS SO INTERESTED IN MY AREA CODE......PLUS HE WAS EATING SO I CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE SAID WHEN FINALLY I GOT AN MUMBLING ANSWER (?). HE WAS STARVING HIMSELF FOR THAT REASON HE CANT THINK RIGHT AND REALIZE THAT SOME PEOPLE NATIONWHIDE SOMETIMES NEED BAIL BOND! SERVICES!!!!!!!! NOW IM WONDERING HOW I CAN CONTACT HE BOSS TO BEGG HIM FOR A FAIR LUNCH TIME FOR THIS POOR EMPLOYEE!!!! :(
