At such a pivotal moment in my life, the Karat Patch was there for me as a customer, and as a person. Brett Denton, with only a few minutes before the store closed, set down with me and gave me a total diamond education course. Going through each C, demonstrating the importance of the cut, letting me look at it through the loop, and on a microscope. They showed me quality diamonds and settings, and I never felt pressure at any time to make a purchase. The saw me as a guy during an important time in my life that had an important decision and purchase to make, and respected that. And they respected my budget as well.



I was worried that I would feel pressured to make a purchase or end up with something I wasn't totally satisfied with. But thanks to Brett's patience and kindness I have a ring I am proud to say I selected with no regrets, and I can't wait to give it to her. Everybody there was friendly and just eager to help. And probably the best part about this all, IT WAS FUN!!! I highly recommend the Karat Patch for anyone, and I will be going there for all of my future jewelry purchases.
