Used them twice and have had excellent experiences with this plumbing company (Jenuwyn Sewer and Drain).

James talked me through my crisis which turned out to be a clogged sewer line. It was after hours and after some price matching his rate was still very competitive. Appreciate the effort he made to clean up all the sewage that was in my yard (really gross and smelled horrible).

When my 50 gallon water heater went out early Saturday morning (4am) they arrived within the hour and once again provided reliable, professional service with a price that was unbeatable!

If your looking for ethical, affordable, quality plumbing service in Charlotte that's done right the first time would highly recommend this company.

James showed up on time to perform the work (in my case repairing a broken irrigation pipe). He found the exact location of the leak within 5 minutes. His workmanship was excellent. His labor rates are fair and reasonable. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues.
