My wife and I went to Jafrum to try on Motorcycle helmets prior to buying. The sales women was very helpful and worked with my wife to find the perfect helmet. She was friendly, courteous, attentive and thoughtful to ensure we find the correct helmet. We purchased the HJC FG Jet helmet and are 100% satisfied.

I was looking for a specific style, which I had in my mind. Was in the store about a minute before the young lady assisted me to narrow my thoughts and make a selection. Was there less than 10 minutes total. Pillon/Sissy bar bag is exactly what I wanted and great quality. Looking forward to many years of use.

I walked in the showroom and right from the start they were very helpful. They didn't have the helmet on display so he walked in the warehouse and grabbed me the helmet I wanted. I will be glad to do business with them again.

I actually purchased chaps online but they were too big. I called customer service and was advised they had a Charlotte location. I went there and a gentleman helped to get the right size in exchange. Will be back for a helmet.

I was in the Charlotte area on travel, and went to the showroom in hopes of getting a tank bag. Unfortunately they didn't have what I wanted in the showroom. It's only fair to point out that Jafrum is primarily a phone/online retailer, not a traditional brick-n-mortar store, so they had plenty of options I could order, but I was riding and needed something right away. Had to wait a little while for a phone-rep to get time to help me, but she was very friendly and helpful. Didn't get a tank bag, but found a nice pair of riding gloves that came in handy as the weather was turning chilly. Will order from them again! (On-line, that is.)

I ordered a helmet from this company. It looked like what I wanted but when I got it, it was not what I had expected at all and I did not like it. Mind you that the helmet I bought was $40 and even though they say free shipping I had to pay $9. So it turns out they don't sell what I thought I was buying in the first place so I went to submit for a return and had to pay $15 for a shipping label to return what I didn't want in the first place. So now I have played a total of $24 in shipping to return a $40 helmet. I am not please and I'm still awaiting the processing of my measly $16 refund after all is said and done. Very unhappy, don't buy from them.

I had a horrible customer experience with Jafrum and the Customer Service Manager (CSM) is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. The sequence of events is listed below.



12/15/15 - I ordered the denim vest, Item # MV107Blue-XL.



12/17/15 - I received the denim vest via UPS.



12/17/15 - I inspected the denim vest immediately upon receipt and found a hole burned through the orange mesh and into the denim fabric with a charred black area around the hole.



12/17/15 - I called Jafrum Customer Service and explained the condition of the vest to the CSM who told me to send pictures of the damaged area to support@jafrum.com.



12/17/15 - I sent pictures of the damaged area to support@jafrum.com but got no return call.



12/18/15 - I called Jafrum Customer Service and spoke to another Customer Service Representative (CSR) who said she would leave a post it note on the CSM’s door regarding my inquiry and forwarded my call to her extension. I left a message for the CSM but she did not call me back.



12/19/15 - I received an email from a different CSR in Jafrum Customer Service which stated, “Thank you for sending images. We will forward this to our team for review and we will get back to you soon with an update.” However, I did not get a call or email with an update.



12/22/15 - I called Jafrum Customer Service and the CSM answered the phone. I tried to update her on the limited progress of the case but she was rude and said she had not received the pictures. I told her that I sent the pictures to support@jafrum.com as she had requested and got a reply from another CSR. The CSM logged into the CSR’s email and found the pictures but claimed that she could not make out the damage. I explained the damage again to her. She stated that they would not have sent me a damaged product and implied that I damaged it, which was insulting, or that it was somehow opened and damaged by the UPS Driver, which was absurd, but she sent me a return label to send the vest back to them.



12/22/15 - I sent the denim vest back to Jafrum via UPS.



1/11/16 - I checked my bank statement and saw that I had not received the refund. I called Jafrum Customer Service and spoke with yet another CSR after waiting on hold for approximately 20 minutes. She was actually nice and stated that my order had been submitted for a refund of the entire purchase price plus shipping charges. She gave me a return number and stated that the return was marked as a priority.



1/12/16 - I finally received a refund.



JAFRUM’S QUALITY CONTROL STANDARDS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

One of the worst company that I've ever worked with. This is an honest review of Jafrum as a company. They're dishonest and a horrible company to deal with. I purchased saddlebags for my honda shadow and the bags were great looking at first. Unfortunately, it didn't end up holding up against the elements and normal use. After spending additional money to get the bags drilled into and mounted. Initially, the bags looked great and i was happy to have gotten such a good deal on bags like this. Unfortuantely, after first slight rain- you can see the first signs of weakness. The bags sag down and the cheap leather starts to mess up. I was able to get almost the entire riding season before the seasons on the lid started to tear. When the leather started turning green is when I knew to take the bags off. lucky thing too, i noticed the seams were coming undone at the bottom- it would have eventually given away when I'm riding and dumped all my stuff all over the road. I contacted jafrum just to let them know, and they couldn't care any less. They told me that it was normal wear and tear and that I should park my bike under cover. Bottom line, They're just a rip off company trying to make a quick buck.

Not the most trust worthy brand or company ever. They have continued to give me the run around for over 2 months while they still have my money charged on my debit card. My only mistake with them was believing they're a reputable website. Never again. I returned an item to them over 2.5 months ago and they've received it... but still are " processing " the return and refund. If you search the word jafrum and scam, you'll find hundreds of other cases similar to my own. Buyer beware. Low quality product as well. The pants I bought had defective snaps for the leg.... what a great use that is.
