I am the founding member of Ingalls Law, PLLC. My practice focuses on helping clients plan for the future and solve problems before they happen. I grew up in Washington, North Carolina, where I spent my formative years on the river or working in my Mother's accounting firm. After graduating from Washington High School, I spent three years honing my education and surfing skills in Wilmington, North Carolina. From there I attended East Carolina University, graduating near the top of my program, and earning a position on the Chancellors list. Since receiving my Doctor of Law, I have been admitted to the North Carolina State Bar and the United States Federal District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Although, today I primarily provide estate planning services, I have represented clients in the areas of Contract Litigation, Federal Employment Discrimination, Workers Compensation, and Criminal Defense. I have also represented Claimants and employers in hundreds of unemployment benefits compensation hearings throughout North Carolina.
