Loren was immediately irate and very argumentative after I questioned how he came up with a high price after he didn't complete the work we agreed on. Loren was highly recommended to me and after I had to have my appointment booked a month in advance, I assumed his work was great and I was looking forward to seeing it. I wanted my lights smoked and grills put on the front of my car. After a couple days of him having my car, he calls and says he can't install the grills. He said he didn't have a way to fasten them on (even though this is a body shop and this is a very standard service). He just chose not to work a little more to make it work. And as for the tail lights being smoked, he didn't leave a clear circle in them like we previously agreed on. He just sprayed the whole thing which doesn't look very good. Then wanted to charge like the work was done. He was extremely rude and argumentative after I questioned how they came up with that price. He literally yelled and cursed at me and I still never received an itemized receipt or even an explanation of that price. Just a horrible experience.
