I can't say enough about my new floors and how great they look. Before the rooms looked old and way out of date. We painted but still didn't look the way we wanted them to. We were at the Bi-Lo up the street from our home and saw the flooring store there and thought why not drop in and see what they had. Boy were we pleasantly surprised with the large selection. We were helped by a gentleman with years of experience in flooring, helped us pick out carpet and laminate we could afford. Schedule a time to come out to measure and had us a quote in a few days. We did shop around some and found dollar for dollar they would be the best for us. We put down a deposit and within a week they were installing out new floors.The salesman told us what made their company stand out from the other were not always the cheapest price but their knowledge of flooring and the quality of the installation. He was right a hundred percent.

The box store had people working in the flooring department that were clueless, and wanted thirty five to forty five dollars to come out and measure and then we would have to go back to the store to get our quote and if we didn't go with them we were out the measure fee. Even with their installation special of 139.00 dollars they were more with all their add on's. We also try an in home sales company we have seen on TV they said buy one room and get two free, it true there's no such thing as a free lunch, and we found out there's not no free carpet, their price was three times higher than all the others and the salesman didn't know anything about flooring other than how to sale it.

We checked the internet and found Imperial floor coverings web site and that made up our minds. We decide to go back to where we start because they acted like they cared and most of all knew what they were talking about. Long story short, save yourself time and money by calling Imperial floor coverings.
Thanks guys the best experience I've had in years dealing with a home improvement company.
Soon as my tax return comes back I'm going back for ceramic for my bathrooms.

They did our floors and they are wonderful to deal with.

We had 50 Floors and Empire today come out and give us quotes and both were very high and wanted us to close the "deal" right then, very high pressure sales. So glad we passed. Imperial Floor Coverings was honest and didn't try to make me buy on the spot. The price was fair and showed us many samples and explained how the other companies send sub contractors out to sale and it's all part of their commission. More like how stupid do they think a customer can be.. Never buy from a company or companies that tell you they are "giving" you 60% off or buy one get one free, that's total BS. Plan and simple. Thanks Imperial Floor Coverings, we love our carpet.

Very Pleasurable, from the estimate to the installation. We had Imperial Floor Coverings added hardwood to 2 rooms and refinish all the other hardwoods last week and all I can say is WOW, they look brand new and the crew did everything we ask them to do, covered everything and were in and out in no time. Attention to detail was a must and these guys didn't miss anything.

Great job and I had 3 quotes and they were the middle of the road. I will be sending picture to their facebook page soon.

These people are EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! My husband called them today to ask some simple flooring questions. When the person answered the phone they simply stated "Hello" he wasn't even sure if he was talking to an actual business. He asked them what kind of work they did just to make sure he was talking to a flooring company and they had the audacity to say "Just tell me what you want". My husband politely told them to have a nice day and hung up. Not very business friendly, we can spend our money with someone who wants it.

Just got our new cabinets in and we can't express how much we love them. The counter tops are a tan brown and look great as well.

We love the craftsmanship and all our friends say what a great job the guy from your company did.

I hope do get more done soon would love to update our master bath next.
