So I reached out to the dealer via Instagram DM about a very small item that deteriorated over the course of a few years. Ended up coming into the dealership to speak with a person. I didn't even think I'd get a response but figured, why not try anyways. A gentleman by the name of Rakesh S. got back to me very quickly and helped me out. One of my favorite things is Getting complementary coffee at the lounge. It's the only place I go to bring my Mercedes-Benz for service. I needed my car detailed. It was packed today, I guess post COVID everyone us bringing their cars to be serviced. I always enjoy my complimentary coffee at the lounge n grab a water on my way out. Ask for Rakesh he'd get you snacks and possibly buy your car from you. The staff is always so courteous.

I came in to the Hendrick Benz dealer with my 21 month old 5 and 7 yr old and wife car shopping. Basically looking for more information on an EV and E class. i met with Rakesh who was very good at answering my questions. he presented me with out the door lease and finance options. i still had to disucss with my wife before we commit. The level of service was great and got more information on the cars than expected. i may be an EV driver soon.

I did not know this but after about a year or so you lose features on your mercedes me app connect. and to enable them there's a subscription. I went in to see Rakesh and he explained to me unless you use every feature on the app you dont need all. And I told me which ones I used the most which were the start the car and lock the car. and those are the only things I do with it and he told me you can subscribe a la carte. it was easy and im glad i went in. I hate calling customer service for troubleshooting. He was a great help.

Never could figure out why my phone only works for phone calls and not music when i connect to bluetooth. i disonnected and reconnected it over and over. Went in to see the guy who sold me the car Rakesh, and he sat with me and showed me that i only had the phone connected and not media. literally it was that easy and i lost so much drive time with my music playlist. i very much appreciate the help!

Did not know how to build out or spec my car online. i struggled with it on the website. So i came into the Hendrick Motors of Charlotte Benz Dealership. I met Rakesh who sat with me went thru a whole pDf andi selected trims, packages, safety stuff, and wheelsetc. At the end I saw the price and because it was an Ev i got like 7K in savings on a lease. Couldnt believ how much cheaper it was to do it this way than to buy. i put down my deposit and just got my car delivered to me. Ah-mazin' experience!

I can in with my father to set up his ap on his phone for the car. I didn’t know how to. So I called my sales person Rakesh I was coming over. He took me straight to Sarah who helped my dad get his phone set up. She was very pleasant and helpful. They both were so great and made it easy for him even though he didn’t speak much English. I didn’t realize how quickly this could have been done.

I have worked with many dealerships before. Customer complaints come with the territory. My deal is how they handle the complaints. Just have an organized system or something in place to move the issue along a resolution path. this is why customers take their complaints public to social media sites. I want to say what a smooth proces and experience I have had with Hendrick Motors. i kept an open form of communication with my sales rep via text. even though i would get regular calls from him over time. When any issue appeared I shot a text over. He keeps me in the loop with any open recalls and open communication with the service advisor as well. truly refreshing experience.

Had to get a car for my kid, heading out to college. came to see Rakesh at Hendrick Motors. We looked at C-Class only. The new C Class looks great but slightly more in price than previous year's model. Main difference is the screen is bigger and it offers apple car play wirelessly. My kid always had a holder for their phone suctioned to the windshield and i found it always blocked my vision when i drove the car. So Rakesh showed value in having the wireless capability and that is what sold me on the car. Other than that she was getting the older model. I look at safety first and i made my decision to reflect.

Get the tire and wheel protection!! Definitely worth it. the sales person Rakesh had mentioned he always gets GAP, tire and wheel and car care when buying any car. just for peace of mind I always disregarded those fluffer add ons before. but I actually hit an object in the road and destroyed my wheels and blew tires on I-77. I got all my tires and wheels replaced no questions asked. Trust me get them you'll thank me later.

Just going to be real quick dropping this review on my experience at Hendrick Benz. Rakesh went above and beyond to help my mother understand how to work the screen in her car, connect her phone etc. I dont have patience for that and get frustrated when I show her how to use the TV remote, the laptop or even her phone. But this guy came though and made my life easier.

I always had mediocre credit to bad credit. Been to other dealerships to buy a car and got turned down. Never a good experience always got credit shamed. i was referred to see Rakesh at Mercedes-Benz on Independence the Hendrick dealership. No stress in anyway, literally wanted to just get into a car, but a good one, a German one. He showed ma used 2017 c class that was around my budget low 20s and got right to business. i filled out the credit app at his desk. he help guide me through it to make sure it was done properly. He kept going back and forth to the managers desk and another office, but gave me his cell so i can text him if i needed anything while he worked for me. after about 10min he returned explained he sent the car to detail and gas up and to follow him to the office where we can get the final decision. I did not have money to put down either. But low and behold, I got approved!!! Payment was around where i needed it to be and he told me just try to pay a little more each month to bring down the principal. Apparently that dealership works with many banks and will try their best to get you approved. Im going to buy every car from them forver from now on.

I am a school bus driver, always noticed at drop off all the Mercedes-Benz lined up in the drop off lane. Never knew the price of these cars but knew they were costly. But why? On Saturday my day off, made my way to Benz dealer on Independence. had a chat with Rakesh about my interest in the car. He spoke to me about the history of the car and suggested a test drive. I am finally able to see what's all the hype about. the weather was a bit overcast, but had not rained yet but was getting dark. I wanted to see the e300 its a midsize car just big enough for my family. The minute i got in the car the lights caught my attention. It was unreal, how elegant it was. Took it for a test drive and it did not disappoint. Rakesh showed me all the features that came with the car and how useful and safe they are. so i did not end up buying that particular one we drove but i bought a CPO e300 which was basically the same thing for a lower price and more warranty coverage. I was sold.

Shopping around for a new car lately. Have been considering the Tesla model 3 the BMW 3 series and the Mercedes-Benz c300. So much research online looking over reviews and car video reviews on how each car differs. The Tesla focuses on performance and tech and maintains am minimalist design throughout the car, with lower quality materials used, from seats to dash and center console all very "plasticky" and not quite luxurious. BMW has always stood for driving performance but i found that they have lacked in their tech and kept their exterior design fairly the same over the past few generations. Rakesh at Mercedes-Benz helped me confirm my thoughts when he presented the new Mercedes-Benz c300. BTW is stunning! truly revamped design and more tech than any of the competitors. I mean Tesla has some games and Netflix really which can be viewed as a gimmick. Thoroughly impressed with level of service that Hendrick Mercedes offers. The quality of the Mercedes-Benz c 300 is unrivaled luxury. The driving experience is truly a dream, unbelievable power from its engine. Thank you Mercedes-Benz.

I actually bought my car from a used car dealership an E300. i needed some accessories for it. I dropped by the Hendrick Mercedes dealership on Independence to inquire about what accessories are made for my car. Rakesh assisted me with the whole process. I have the night package on the car. i added a lip on the trunk in black which had to be order and painted and he said he will assist in managing the timeframe and expectancy on it. He showed me value in the rubber mats which are far better than fabric mats which degrade over time. I picked up a bottle of the concentrated windshield washer fluid, definitely the best solution made for windshields. very effective. The rubber mats and windshield washer fluid are must haves for any car trust me.

buying a car still needs human interaction I don’t know how people can buy a car from those online platforms. I have to go in test drive the car and embrace the entire experience. Don’t buy a car strictly from online. Go into Hendrick motors if Charlotte ask for Rakesh and just let it flow. Test drive whatever car you want to and if it feels natural when u see the numbers then sign away. But get the experience I’m so glad I did. I tried once before to do the online thing and before the 7 days were up I sent it back fast. I had a great experience and I’m happy with my new Mercedes-Benz

Not sure if I should say it here or not don’t want to get anyone in trouble or make ppl complain they didn’t get such a good deal as me. I don’t ever leave reviews but I had to share my experience buying my first car. I came into the dealership and was looking around the parking lot. I was approached by a sales rep name rakesh who basically helped me buy the car. First of al I was in the new car section and I was looking for a used one. He took me over and showed me some he had but said come inside and let’s look for more. I didn’t even know what I wanted I was flustered and excited and scared idk. But he went the extra mile and made me feel better by telling me all the next steps when buying a car. Like once you select it to drive home was all under an hour. So guys I bought my first Mercedes Benz I got the warranty and everything too. Best of all it hit exactly where I needed that monthly payment to be.
