When I was shopping for my car, Tony Howsare made the experience pleasant. There was no pressuring me into “gotta get this one”. He helped me find what I was looking for and made the whole process run smooth.

Dorian and Tanner made the process seem less. Along with the business manager. They were amazeballs. My family and I cannot thank them enough!!

The team at Hendrick Honda was amazing! Andrew Patteson responded quickly, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and made it easy to take a test drive. He gave me a great price on the car and Sharath in finance was quick and efficient with the paperwork and explained the benefit of the service contract and maintenance program and helped me customize my financing to give me the protection I need at a payment that was affordable. I will definitely refer my friends and be back for my next vehicle.

Ryan Asencio is my go to professional. Call it tough luck or just life, I have brought my brand new gmc truck in twice in six months for accidents that were out of my hands. Ryan helped me from start to finish, even providing advice on the best way to work with insurance to ensure an appropriate end product. This group has exceeded my expectations and it is more than clear that they care about the service they provide. Communication was always positive and timely and focused on doing the job right the first time. I have and will continue to tell my friends about this group although I really hope I don't have to see them again anytime soon! All the best Ryan and the HCCS team!

Chip was a very genuine breath of fresh air, not artificial but rather bent on getting you what you want with a pleasant pain free experience doing it, and Tony is also cut from the same cloth. They should be instrumental in training every sales person in Honda how to do what they do. The previous dealer I had was in Indian Trail , and they were liars caught in action, I’d buy another Honda just to go to Hendrick again.

After going to several other dealerships and not being satisfied a friend suggested trying Hendrick. I first communicated with Andrew online whom was very knowledgeable in the questions I had before scheduling an appointment. Akilah Lee was my salesperson and she was awesome. I told her about a few cars I seen online I had interest in but she insisted that she had one that I would love and she was right I fell in love with the car on the test drive. Ronnie Russell is also very awesome. After a little hiccup in my process Ronnie was able to get the situation right without any other issues. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Overall great experience.

I love Hendrick Honda! The staff really know how to accommodate during the tedium of car buying. Tony and Joseph were top notch all the way! I had an idea of what I wanted and they had no problems helping me determine a perfect fit, meanwhile practical and financially affordable, for me and my two sons! I had a few necessary wait times, but not without sipping yummy earl gray tea from the break room ;) Thanks again guys and to everyone with their warm smiles and helpful demeanor!

Just wanted to say thank you to Chris in Parts and Israel in Sales for their assistance earlier today. I bought a relay for my A/C system that fixed the problem. It was a tiny sale that made a huge difference to me, as I work in an essential service role and won t have time in the foreseeable future for a car repair. Today was my only day off for the next two weeks. Now I can at least be comfortable on my drive to/from work! And unlike some other dealerships, neither made me feel less important that other customers. I know ultimately you d rather sell me a new car, and friendly service like this definitely makes me want to come back to you when it s time for that. Thanks again!

Best service I have ever experienced and I have dealt with lots of dealerships, service departments and sales lots. Hendrick Honda on south boulevard is very comprehensive with knowledgeable advise and information that helps on all aspects. They are not pushy and definitely efficient with economical prices. We are going to buy Honda strictly because the service is so great. I have to say Ken Salos has been great and the main reason we will be buying and servicing our cars, now and in the future, from this great establishment. Thanks again Ken!

This is the only place I take my vehicle to get anything done. Excellent, consistent reputation in the national auto service world (all the awards on display will tell you so) and they back it up every time. Customer care is exquisite and if I ever voice an issue they are quick to resolve it. And I love the diagnostic reports I get after each visit.

With Hendrick Honda I never worry whether my car is in good hands. People have argued with me about spending more here than I could have in a Mom-and-Pop shop or some other chain, but my stance is that I will pay for peace of mind in knowing that the job is well done and my car is solid every time I drive it out of there. Melissa Evans is the BEST! She was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly during my car buying experience. It was my first time considering the Honda brand, and I came with a budget of what I felt comfortable staying within. She was extremely accommodating, showing me a couple of models she knew I would be happy in, while also respecting my budget and what I was looking for in a new car. I can’t say enough great things about her. Thank you again for such a pleasurable experience in a place that doesn’t always provide one. My service representative, Nick, was absolutely great. He was promptly at my car when I pulled it in the garage. While he helped me at the computer, he explained everything thoroughly and was extremely polite. When the service was completed, he again explained what was done and escorted me to the cashier who was also very pleasant. It is not often that every one you encounter in a transaction is pleasurable but this was the case. I would recommend the service department to anyone with a Honda.

Hendrick Honda service has been wonderful since the day I started bringing my car there almost 5 years ago! Andrea is always so great at explaining things to me in a way I can understand, laying out a plan for future service items, and the facility is very nice and well equipped for working or relaxing while your vehicle is being serviced.
