Dave Nichols helped me. My car was in for its annual inspection and oil change and tire rotation. He explained that the tires passed inspection but would need to be replaced soon especially the rear ones. He gave me several choices and prices, but I didn't recognize the brands of any of the tires offered. I asked him what brand tires were currently on the car since they had lasted 50,000 miles. He went to check and said they were BFGoodrich. He was able to find some of those to offer me. They were more expensive, but I chose those because of my past experience. He was able to have the tires replaced for me within the time frame I needed. He also gave me the 10% discount I requested. The only disappointment was the car wash was not working and my car was covered in salt brine. Dave gave me his business card and told me to call him and he would arrange it on another occasion. The Service Department there at Hendrick Honda is the finest I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The Service people are always so nice and helpful. My wife and I have purchased 4 Hondas from there and will continue to do business with them. Our salesman, Richard Peacock is also terrific, but it is the Service Department that keeps us coming back.
