DC Manager Carl is is extremely unprofessional and shows favoritism. He is rude and has even gone as far as getting in an associates face to intimidate him. In order to move up in that warehouse, be prepared to constantly stroke DC Managers ego. There is very little communication and organization in the warehouse. You will rarely work your assigned schedule if you are a picker as orders are required to be picked until the system is clear. This means working until 1 and 2 am sometimes. The leads and supervisors seem to have little to no training (which is absolutely insane). Harassment is tolerated because management would much rather avoid confrontation and are not trained to deal with those matters. Associates are overworked and endure very high stress levels. Also, warehouse is not climate controlled.
