I was really impressed by their outright honesty. They calmly, and politely explained to me why my A/C unit was not cooling my house adequately and then proceeded to give me some tips on how to best use and look after my unit. I was further surprised when I received the bill, no "new parts needed", I just needed a clean. I've recommended these guys to a number of my friends, one of which was told by another company that they would need their unit replaced, but in the end a simple $5 part that these guys recommended saved them several thousands of dollars. Honesty in this day and age, you find companies like these guys and you stick with them. Awesome.
