Wow! Another satisfying experience! In and out quickly. They did a great job at a highly competitive cost. My car has 288,000 miles of mostly all inter city travel. It runs like new. I accredit this to routine maintenance done by Griffin. See them, like I do, for all your auto needs. You will be satisfied!

Researched reviews on Griffin Tire and there were only a few. Despite the 1 or 2 negative comments, the fact that I could get my tires and alignment done in one place was a winner for me. Was told it would take 2.5 hours. Didn't realize this so decided to run my errands and come back. Did so and the guys had me out in 2 hours. They didn't try to sell me something extravagant and were able to accommodate me after I gave them the wrong tire size (sorry guys). I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience with Griffin Tire-I had some tires installed on my Ford Edge. After driving for almost a week there was a lot of tire noise. I called Griffin Tire and they agreed to replace the tires after 2 weeks of driving on them at no charge. Turns out the tires were defective from the manufacturer. They didn't know that and didn't have to replace them but did anyway and quickly. Now my tires are perfect and I'll refer my friends for sure.

I am very sceptical when it comes to automotive repair shops. However, when I walked into Griffin Tire I immediately felt like family... They were very nice and upfront. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me stuff I did not need. Their pricing was very competitive and I will continue to go there as well as refer all my friends and family.

I have never been talked to as rudely as I was here. I bought the living social (or groupon, can't remember) deal for three free oil changes - it was a good deal, but now i see why they needed to go the living social route - no doubt they have no business because they can't keep customers due to their rudeness. They may have decent prices, i have no idea, but I will not be using my living social, and I will never give them my business. I called to make an oil change appointment and was hung up on - not once, but twice. When asked to speak to the supervisor he said, I am the supervisor, and the worker, the owner, everything - and proceeded to hang up again. DO NOT give these people your business...it's apparently a family owned business and you would think they would be nicer, wanting business. I will do everything in my power to make sure they do not get business, when there are so many other decent respectful places to give my money to. I would rather throw the free oil changes away totally lose my money I spent on the living social deal and pay full price elsewhere, than EVER do business with these unintelligent, inconsiderate, rude people.

The mexican guy that works their is a real slim ball and is always using foul language and is always yelling. Everyone else there was very helpful and did a great job!!

Thank you to the guys at griffin! When my car broke down they took good care of me! it was my only vehicle, and when the repairs were done they went out of there way to pick me up at home to get my car. Thanks
