Awful service. I took my cat there to get groomed she was there for 6 hours. Her cut looks like trash, I asked for a lion cut and they butchered her. They completely shaved her body and tail. She has no main or little boots or a tail fluff. My fiancé called to complain about the awful cut and the “owner” who was not the actual owner lied and told me to bring my cat in the next day for a full refund. I returned the next morning like instructed and that idiot couldn’t figure out how to refund me and didn’t have cash but knew I was coming and expected a refund that was promised. He told me to come in the next day (today) and they told me that they don’t give refunds on cat cuts and my cats cut was so awful because there were dogs barking and she was terrified. This place is trash don’t take your pets here. They clearly don’t value animals or customer service.

OMG, I was scared stepping from petsmart, not really knowing any grooming business around. I came across Grateful Pets Boarding and Grooming and took a chance. When I tell you, it was the best decision I made. My fur-baby is so happy, nothing brings me more joy than walking into the place and my baby Jumping, running, and smiling. My groomer was the best, she made sure I was info about everything as well as made me feel like I've been a customer there forever.

My boyfriend and i brought my dog in recently and i admit i usually only leave reviews to warn people where Not to go but in thise case i have to say i was very pleased! Linda at the front desk is very friendly and Holly the groomer was so genuinely sweet caring and an encyclopdia of helpful information. Ad that to her fantastic work and i am a customer for LIFE! thank you Holly for a super job!!!

This place is amazing. My previous groomer was unavailable so I called and spoke with Dawn, the front desk woman, and made an appointment for that same day. Will was the groomer. He made me feel so welcome and paid attention to the details of the groom I wanted and offered further suggestions that I wouldnt have thought of. My dog was groomed in under 2 hours and I was thrilled to say the least. This establishment is on point with its customer service and professionalism. I am now a forever customer of this location. ��������

This place is amazing! I couldn't find a groomer at the last minute everyone was fully booked until after Christmas. They took our miniature schnauzer in and they did such an amazing job with her haircut not only that they did everything else the other high end grooming places would do. This place is a gem, we're very picky of where we get our mini groomed and I am so glad I chose this place! We will continue to bring our baby to you guys! I just can't say more about this place and they brought her out like a princess. I will tell all of my friends

On December 1, 2016, my husband took our miniature schnauzer Isabelle to Grateful Pets on Monroe Road for grooming. She was fine before he dropped her off. When he picked her up after grooming her eyes were red and obviously not right. He took her to our vet directly across Monroe Road from Grateful Pets. Our vet concluded that Isabelle had suffered some trauma during the grooming process, injuring her eyes and the surrounding areas. The total vet bill was $162.50. I spoke with the owner of Grateful Pets Chuck Vachris, who denied anything had happened to our dog and demanded to speak with our vet. Instead of subjecting our vet to this, I wrote a letter to Mr. Vachris on December 7, 2016 requesting payment of the vet bill as well as a refund of the grooming charge. Along with the letter, I sent a copy of the vet’s chart noting the injury to Isabelle with the conclusion that it occurred during grooming that day. As of today, December 21, we have had no response from Mr. Vachris. Bottom line: if you value the health and well-being of your pet DO NOT GO TO GRATEFUL PETS. (too bad I can't give them zero stars.)

The place is upbeat and the employees are sociable. It seems like a happy place to work. My dog has an unusual name so they're happy when we return. Shampoos and trims over the past year have always been great. One time they got behind schedule but were so accommodating and friendly about the tardiness and worked out a solution for me which spoke volumes for the buisness.

Money has been refunded but I won't be back. There are closer facilities to handle their nails and faces, I'll be doing the rest of the grooming myself.

Provided detailed instructions regarding how I wanted my dog groomed. I prefer my dog's hair to be medium length. To my surprise, he was shaved all over with parts of his skin showing. I was in tears and devastated. Definitely recommend that you go elsewhere! Not even an apology extended for a botched up job.
