I try to support my neighborhood stores, but I will not be going here again. I spend $500 a month at this store for my son. Today I purchased a Air Jordan sweat suit. Now ever since I became a rewards member I have never received any coupons in the mail. Today I received a platinum card and a coupon, so I called the store to see if they would take the addidtional $20 off and they said no, I could use it next time. This is not how you treat a valued customer.
