YOu will be at one location and called to work at another location several times weekly.
You will be asked to order tests on patient that are not needed.
YOu will be forced to see every patient that walks in the door until 15 minutes befors you are scheduled to leave whiich means you will stay at work until 8 or later.
YOu will regret choosing to work for this company.

YOu will need to be very diligent in making sure that they are not doing illegal stuff under your name.

PLease reconsider and if you take it...Dont say you werent warned.

I went there for the a K1 visa health check I was told would cost around $150 and they gave me additional shots that I didn't need or ask for but still had to pay for. Not only that, but they charged double and it was all very sketchy. The receipt said I only paid $35 dollars when I paid $350 and the reception staff all act like it's whatever and I get the feeling that I'M troubling THEM.
Not only that, but now I keep getting appointments sent to me that I haven't agreed to or ever asked for, because I won't be going back to that place. I never knew a medical clinic could work like some cheap unreliable sketchy insurance company lol. Please don't go there.

While the doctors are good, their billing is crooked. They double bill. You have to pay in the office at the time of service and the fee seems reasonable, say 50 to 75 dollars, then you get a bill in your "patient portal," for over $100. for the same service and the same visit. No matter how many times you call, go by the office or e-mail,, they can't get it through their skull you paid, even if you have a receipt. I am so sick of it I am changing doctors. I like my doctor she is great but FIRST CARE billing is a scam.

I am DISSATISFIED with the service my dad received from First Care Medical #1.. The Medical assistant (Modina) was RUDE and had this attitude as if she didn't wanna be there!! And could NOT read the disclosures to my father she couldn't PRONOUNCE the words how can you provide a medical service on someone and you clearly don't no the material you're reading?? Her nails (artificial) were chipped and broken hair undone and scrubs dirty and wrinkle. When I asked her questions she would roll her eyes so I reported her to the business office manager (Felica) and she was just as worse! So I called the Plaza location to report the situation and I was assured she would handle it wellllll let's just say my dad had to go back for a echocardiogram I saw the same medical assistant she kept walking around looking at me rolling her eyes and had the NERVE to ask what were we there for!!!!! Moral of the story.... ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK! I wouldn't take a dog, cat or RAT to that place absolutely the WORSE customer service I have ever experienced. Please stay AWAY! This place is a JOKE

Disgusting. I wouldn't take my dog to this place. Everyone is unprofessional, the rooms are gross, and the providers work here because they aren't qualified to work in a real medical setting. I was misdiagnosed has having a strained shoulder, when actually, I have a torn rotator cuff. The PA treated me with no compassion. Do yourself a favor and never go there.
