Had problem with glasses. Front office Jim and Devonne Respected me when I paid for expensive glasses and treated me like a con artist when I decided I didn't like the frames. They were argumentive and showed little concern. Terrible Customer service! Never again!

Our family of 5 has been using Dr. Shook for several years and have always had a good experience. It is a small practice, but as a result the care is personal and never rushed. She truly demonstrates professional concern for your eyesight and health. I would not hesitate to recommend her as an optometrist.

Dr. Shook does a great job taking time with her patients, and there is very little wait time like you get with the big practices. Highly reccomended!!

Dr. Shook is an exceptional optometrist. She approaches your eye care from a whole body focus, and has provided our family with outstanding eye care for the last 11 years. I highly recommend her services.



She partners with husband Jim Harter who dispenses lenses and corrective eyeware with a smile and a laugh. He is professional and detailed, and will not let you make a bad decision.
