Great people! The Manager is completely awesome! He gave us such a great deal. I really love this place and would never shop elsewhere! After shopping I came to give a review and seen the others. I'm just saying those reviews are totally not true! Give them a try! They are completely worth it!!

The Owner Mark is a very vile, rude and disrespectful person. I don't think there is a single honest bone in his body. He is very shady, he will offer to take the taxes off and give you huge discounts on absolutely cheap and useless furniture. Do not waste your time or money. If I could give 0 start I would.

THE OWNER STATED HE DOES NOT GIVE ANY WARRANTIES AND HE HAS NO PAPER WORK‭ AFTER A YEAR.

SO I HUNG UP WITH HIM AND FOUND THE MAUFACURER‭ ‬NAME ON THE MATTRESS ‭ ‬AND CALL THE MAUFACTURE AND‭ ‬THEY STATED THEIR WAS A WARRANTY AND THE STORE NEEDED TO CALL THEM.‭

I CALL THE OWNER BACK AND HE STATED IT IS NOT HIS RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL THE FACTORY AND HE HUNG UP ON ME



ALL I ASK WAS FOR HIM TO PROVIDE THE MINIMUM CUSTOMER SERVICE BY GIVING THE MANUFACTURE A CALL TO SEE WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO GET THE WARRANTY HONORED



IF ANYONE HAVE DONE ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHLMENT YOU NEED TO KNOW HE IS A VIRUS IN THE AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY

IT IS PEOPLE LIKE THIS THAT‭ ‬COMES INTO OUR COMMUNITY AND TAKE YOUR‭ ‬HARD EARN MONEY AND THEN‭ ‬DEMONSTRATE HOW THEY REALLY FEEL ABOUT YOU.‭

HE IS ONE OF THOSE BUSINESSES‭ ‬WHO SHOW YOU NO RESPECT.

IF YOU HAVE DONE ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOU NEED TO CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BURUEA,‭ ‬CONSUMER PROTECTION,‭ ‬THE INTERNAL REVENUE ,THE NAACP‭ ‬,AL SHARPTON AND JESSIE JACKSON TO SHOW IF HE WANTS TO DO BUSINESS IN OUR COMMUNITY HE NEEDS TO SHOW SOME RESPECT‭

If you don't like being ripped off, you'll want to avoid Factory Direct. They will sell you shoddy furniture or will break items during delivery and not offer you any money back. This company defines bad customer service. And don't bother trying to get them to help you; they will hang up as soon as they realize that you're calling about a faulty item. Go to Big Lots or other, more trustworthy discount furniture retailers instead.
