I took an electric pressure washer to them because the washer would not power up after three uses. Unfortunately I failed to record my serial number. Was told after a couple of weeks that the GFCI circuit breaker built into the power cord was bad and was to be replaced under warranty. After about 3 months during which they told me the part was on order, I was told the repair had been completed. The machine I received was not the machine I left for repair. The so-called repaired unit was heavily used, had a bare plastic pressure hose where the one I left was covered in stainless steel braided shield, and when I eventually tried to use it, the water outlet connector threads were stripped to the point where the pressure hose could not be connected. This morning I called the manufacturer and they are replacing the entire washer. This Derita Small Engine Repair is a black hole as far as I'm concerned.
