I would be really careful in trying to find a good workers comp attorney......some firms do not live up to their motto....

It's great to see that there are still companies around that value their customers/clients. Even though I figure Crumley handles thousands of cases, I always felt like I was their only client. What a great bunch of people. They were always available when I needed to speak to them, if not, they would call me back immediately. While I have never used a personal injury attorney before Crumley, I have used other law firms in my lifetime. Crumley's service exceeded all my previous experience by leaps and bounds.

My advice, if you've been injured at work or in a car wreck, I would not call anyone other than Crumley & Associates.

Sorry law firm and liars i called them and they dont handle food poison cases i was told by jessica that they wouldnt take my case no explanation

The 1st day I fell at work I went to my owners about my fall, they did not offer to sent me to the doctor. I told my boss that I needed to go home because of tingling in my legs. I got to think about the situation I decided to call Crumpley Roberts LLP. When I made a calls to their office they sent a representative to my home,I did not have to their office. I signed papers for them to take my case and they told me they only got paid unless they won my case. I have been getting workers comp checks but I had to fight to the insurance commission. We won and I am now getting workers comp pay plus I am getting disability. I have had three neck surgeries and now still having issues with my neck and arms and hands, but if I didn't make that call that day I would be in real trouble. Getting Crumpley Roberts to take my case I would not get my workers comp pay and now I am totally disability. Good luck and make that call because they take on all type of cases,believe it. Thanks to the two special ladies that have kept me sain. I would highly recommend Crumpley Roberts LLP, you won't be sorry.

I would not recommend using Crumley and associates. There is a cookie cutter philosophy here. They are anxious to sign you up and tell you that you will be treated and well compensated for your injuries. However, the truth is they have over 100 cases pending in each office and only one lawyer working on all these cases. Therefore, communication and meetings with your attorney are discouraged. Instead, they are more interested in how much money they can make off of each case, rather than serving their clients. The chiropractors and doctors they send you to are also of poor quality and should be avoided. Crumley has their part of the settlement rigged so they take 50 % of your money, instead of the 33% which is advertised by them. I had to request a meeting with the one attorney in Crumley's office, otherwise with the 150 cases he had I might never have met with him or seen him at all. Out of the $12,000 settlement compensation coming to me, crumbley took half.
