Amazing response time and customer service. I highly recommend them! We had an emergency with an animal in the attic and they were he ONLY business to answer or even respond after hours. They caught the squirrels and came back 3 times at no charge to clear the trap and inspect the attic again. They are fantastic and we will be switching our pest control service to hem now.

Needed immediate service on a weekend and they were the only ones who promptly returned my call. They took care of the problem in the most humane way possible and were knowledgeable and professional.

I recently used Critter Control in Charlotte for a squirrel issue I was having in my attic. Not only was the office staff friendly and knowledgeable, but the technician that came out was experienced and thorough. I assumed he would just look in the attic, but he did a full house inspection so he could see if there was any other entry points. Thankfully he noticed a bunch of chewed wires that I would have never been able to find and prevented a huge issue. The squirrels are gone and I am very happy with their customer service, and their fair pricing!!
