I want to highly recommend this hospital for several reasons. One, is the service that is provided from the receptionists to the Vet assistants and Dr. White. They really care about my pets and they are fun and always happy to explain things, and not make you feel stupid about what they are prescribing. But I want to give a special thanks to a person that always talks to me, takes the time, cares about my pets, and will go out of her way to help in any way she can. Her name is Paula, and you can tell she has had years of experience working with people and their issues with thier pets. She is always a joy, as everyone else there. But I know when I come in the front door, if she is there, I will be treated warmly and with the care that says good customer service. And I understand she pet sits, lucky pets. Good job to Cotswold Animal Hospital and everyone there. You have a great staff of people and really care.

This place smells so good. Not like a typically hospital. Dr White is very knowledgeable about cats. My cat iget very very upset at the vet and he just went so slow with him. This was the first time my cat didn't have to be sedated for shots. Dr White is very nice and caring. I found out that his wife helps him run the hospital. It is nice to know that everytime I walk in there I am going to see the same dr and staff. I have been other places and its nice to know that they know who I am and Dr White and his nurse Heather always know how to keep me comfortable with my cat being looked at.

Wow. What a fun place to go to. I couldn't believe the kind of service I got. We just got a new puppy over the christmas season and I emailed them off of there website. No joke, I got a call from Tyler within 15 mins of me sending the email. When I got ther for my appointment, I was in the room meeting with Dr White within 10 minutes of me getting there. I have never had that happen to me. It normally takes 20 mins the first time you ever go some place new. When Dr White and his nurse came into the room they were playing with my puppy and loving all over him. I am hooked. Dr White shows that he really cares about what he does and his staff especially his nurse take so much pride in what they do. Another thing that I noticed was how clean the hospital is. The nurse took me around the hospital and she showed me everything in the back. While I was there, the nurse had a smile on her face and couldn't stop talking about my puppy and giving me so much advise. Thank you Dr White for all the kindness and caring that you showed us.

This hospital is one of the best I have ever been to. Most vets that I have been to rush you in and out but they don't. The staff there is very knowledgeable. Dr White is sooo caring and kind. I was in the hospital one day and was told that my dog had a heart murmur. He took the time to explain all my options to me. A few days later my husband and I had decided that we couldn't do some of the treatments. I called and talked with Heather his RVT and she was so nice as I discussed things with her. She understood that we couldn't do a lot and she didn't make me feel guilty about our choice. Later that day dr White called and got us started on all the medications that we needed. We really appreciated the support and respect that they gave us on our choices. Most places make you feel guilty. If you have ever experinced that feeling I recommend you to go see Dr White. He truely understands.

I was so excited when a vet opened so close to my house, however, my first experience wasn't great. They said their hours were until 6:00 pm, however, when I went in at 5:00 to meet the staff, they informed me the doctor had left, and that he actually only worked until 4:30 or 5:00. As most people work until 5:00, this doesn't help much. The woman I spoke with didn't seem to know much about animals or animal medicine. I asked a few questions about flea stuff and boarding. She didn't have a clue about what flea stuff I needed for my dog then she said she would have to ask the doctor if my dog could board. He's a big dog, but either you board or you don't! I stopped in a week or so later to try and meet the doctor again, and AGAIN they said he was out. What if I had an emergency with my dog? Would they have to page the doctor to come back to the hospital?? I don't know much about vets but I've never been to one where two ot of two times there was no doctor on site!!

I recently brought my dog in and I was very happy with the service I recieved. Dr. White and his staff were excellent and Dr. White was careful to fully explained to me his recommendation on course of treatment. Also, a great deal on the teeth cleaning! Prices were very competative with other area vets.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. White and his staff at this clean and modern clinic. He seems very nice and his nurse was very nice and helpful. They both answered all of my questions about me pet and offered to answer any I may have in the furture. I am only giving three stars though becuse of the lack of professionalness of the practice manager. I thought she was a receptionist who was new because she asked me the same questions over and over, even thought I had given this information to whoever I talked to on the phone. She also openly citized another employee in front of me and another customer. I don't know how she got this job, but she needs to go and get them the 5 stars tehy deserve. Sorry Dr. White.
