Compton’s Automotive gets a GOLD star from me in the customer service department. From the moment I walked into their repair shop I received the royal treatment. It begins with the 3 C’s – Coffee, Cookies and Conversation. Ann treated me as if I were a member of her own family, waiting on me constantly and ensuring that I was comfortable. When I found out the repair would take 3 hours, she even offered to take me to a nearby restaurant where I could have some lunch! When my car was ready, I got a call from Jeff telling me that Todd (the owner) would be by shortly to pick me up. I was overwhelmed by the personal and prompt service.



Everything was done within the time frame specified, the problem was fixed and my car was running as good as new. Jeff also took the time to show me under the hood so I could see exactly what had to be done. He gave me the pros and cons of fixing it now vs. later but there was no pressure and the decision was left up to me.



Compton family, you certainly earned my trust and respect today! This was hands down the BEST auto repair experience I have ever had and I will be returning – even if it’s just to enjoy a cup of coffee and a good old fashioned chat. If every business operated on the principles you govern yourselves by, and if they took the time to pamper their customers the way that you do, what a wonderful world it would be!
