Awesome company I have no issues now, I’ve tried so many companies and Hector nailed it!!! This company will be recommended by me always. Professionalism that was demonstrated was out of this world. Alec did our quarterly and monthly mosquito yesterday (5/25/23). Super nice and friendly fellow, and he cleared up a few things for me regarding the effectiveness of their products. He also found what seems to be the source of some ants getting into our garage and "neutralized" the "situation". Thanks for letting me bend your ear too Alec..hope i didn't take up too much of your time. By the way...Hawx pest control came around for a few days and I refused to switch to them. I feel 100% confident in my decision to stay with Clear Defense. Thanks y'all!

Honestly I love this company!!! from all their office employees to their technicians. If you’re serious about keeping critters out like I am (obsessed) this is the company for you. My recent tech Erich went above and beyond with getting me prepped for the upcoming season…even alerted me to some poison ivy he came across in my back yard. Clear Defense is the best pest control service in Charlotte and our regular technician, Darrell, is fabulous! We've tried every service in Charlotte over the last 20 years and will now never leave Clear Defense. They are thorough, help investigate the root cause of any issues, responsive when I request an appointment, and their customer service (particularly Darrell!) is wonderful too. They've made a loyal customer for life out of us. I recommend them wholeheartedly with no reservations!
