Carolina Time offered poor customer service and a very shifty "import charge" on our bill for an item that was "refurbished" from another local home. As the import charge for our faulty replacement was $200 I disputed the bill. My calls were never returned. Said item has since died entirely and Carolina Time will not come back to our home to replace it with a new one. The inexperienced receptionist hung up on me repeatedly when I called to ask for the name of her supervisor. Save yourself your own time and find a different gate or fence company with which to work.
