I highly recommend Carolina Heating and Air. They are definitely customer driven and are extremely honest about what needs to be done. Everyone that has come to the house has been very friendly, and I will continue to refer anyone looking for HVAC service or replacement to Tom Patterson and his crew.

This company is by far the most professional I've dealt with. The service tech, Tim Driggers, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, & took the time to explain what was wrong & didn't try to push me into repairs I didn't need. I didn't feel like I was getting the runaround and that I was getting an honest diagnosis to fix my heat. I had 2 other companies tell me I needed a whole new system & Tim proved that wasn't the case - all I needed was a new switch and thermostat. I so appreciated the level of professionalism that Tim displayed that I've signed up for their yearly maintenance agreement & I'm so excited I found a company I can trust. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone who needs HVAC service.
