Buildingstars is owned and operated by a very educated liar. I was promised financial freedom and got nothing. I cleaned 2 buildings five days a week grossing 2200 a month, after paying Marty's fees I ended up with 900 each month. I was told The split was 70/30. Dont waste your time or money with this man, try another cleaning franchise. Do your research.

I invested the remaining of my savings into Buildingstars of Charlotte and received only a web of lies. I was told that I would pocket 70% of the revenue earned, the remains would be kept for Buildingstars of Charlotte. I later found out that Buildingstars pockets an additional 7%. I received used equipment after paying 1,295 for a start up package. Marty Brecht was disrespectful when I questioned him. He withheld unapproved money from me and threatened me with his attorney. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
