This was a great experience. Staff is very friendly. My daughter was very comfortable with them.I highly recommend them.

Have been seeing Dr. Bird since we moved Ron charlotte 4 years ago. Both the ortho and pedo side are fantastic! Never have to wait and so so nice!!

We have been loyal patients of Braces by Bird for a few years and would highly recommend them to anyone. I am grateful to know that all three of my girls are in great hands. Dr. Bird and the staff have the best interest of their patients in mind. They are friendly, thorough and trustworthy. No complaints!

I love the team at Braces by Bird!!! They have been phenomenal in treating both of my daughter's and they have even worked with me on the payment of my oldest daughters' braces. They are very informative and speak to the kids as well as the parents and answer any questions that either one may have!!! That was the entire reason I selected them to begin with because they answered both of my daughter's questions thoroughly. I love the text and email reminders that are sent. My girls actually enjoy going to the orthodontist because it is fun for them instead of just another appointment. I will most certainly recommend Braces by Bird to all of my friends and family!!!

We have been with Dr. Bird for about six years. She, her office and staff have always been, helpful, friendly and have always explained what they are doing and why. We recently got braces on our olderst child and we couldn't believe how easy the entire process was. Dr. Bird explained everything to me and her insurance employee was also very informative and helpful, my daughter already can't wait for her first check up because the facility is so fun and the staff is very friendly!

My son was nervous but as soon as we get in we felt very comfortable, the staff is super kind, they explained how to use the appliances very well, we left with a smile on his face for me this has no price!

My son got braces by Dr. Bird, her staff made it a very good experience for him. He was so nervous about getting braces. The team talked him through every step and had a lot of patience.

We have 5 girls ranging from 19 months to 12, and they are all happy patients! The staff is friendly and courteous but most importantly they make each visit a calm and pleasant experience. We have two girls in braces and they both rave about their experience with the staff. Dr. Bird is very loving as is her staff. Their facility is clean, modern and very inviting.

Dr. Bird and staff are the best! We've been patients for 6 years and have received exceptional care throughout. The treatment results are excellent, and Dr. Bird's treatment of her patients is first rate. I highly recommend this practice for orthodontics and pediatric dentistry!

We have put two kids through braces in the past 60 days and both with Dr. Bird. She has been our kids' dentist since they first saw a dentist. Our eldest (15) fought us on the braces but Dr. B assured her they would be hardly noticeable using the thin wire on the upper teeth and today she returned from school really quite happy. And pain free (Advil only). And that makes the experience painless for us parents.

We are new to the world of braces but we sure did pick the right Orthodontist and practice. The entire process at Braces by Bird was just so easy…from the consults to the actual putting on of the braces, the questions we had and getting used to them, it all just fell into place. It made 2 kids getting braces on the same day feel right! Thanks for all of the support and kindness. We made the right choice!!
