Berryhill realty has truly been a horrible experience from the initial move in to the moving out. The staff had nasty attitudes. They never answer the phone. When you drop into the office they act as if you are bothering them. There is no loyalty to the renter. They drag their feet responding to complaints and then they delay the work order. In the dead heat of the summer, the AC Unit went out. It took several calls, numerous voicemails, and a whole lot of patience before the maintains crew came to the house and fix the unit. It took weeks. Unacceptable. Please do yourself a favor, leave Berryhill alone and find a company that works with and for you.
