Terry Duncan is fantastic! If you're in need of a bankruptcy lawyer, he's the one to see. He takes the time to totally explain absolutely everything there is to know about bankruptcy from the bottom to the top in terms anyone can understand. Besides that he is a true gentleman, extremely polite, caring and down to earth with all his clients. He treats you like a friend. He even gives you a print out of the Court building so you don't go to the wrong Court!! When a group of his clients went to Court to see the Trustee, Terry took us all into a side room to let us know exactly what type of questions we would be asked and the best way to answer. I didn't see any other lawyer do that for their clients!! The office staff is great also!! If you unfortunately need to file a bankruptcy....TERRY DUNCAN is the lawyer to see. He will be able to put your mind at ease!!
