B of A is the best bank for those who like to do their banking online. It has everything could possibly think of for managing your money and at the end of the year u just print and your taxes are done! I love it! No more having to buy the Quicken updates for the new year. Plus a whole lot more!

I am confused with these ratings, both this year. the first rating was 5 stars for a bank that is no longer there & the second is a 1 star & she was rating a pawn shop, don't even know the location but definately NOT the bank listed.Someone needs to update the reviews..... Also, please note that Security Bank in Whitesboro & Collinsville were BOUGHT OUT by Legand Bank (Shown at same locations).....Come on people, what good is this service if it is not accurate?..... Just saying !!!!!!!

This company is a joke- the employees are all rude and act put out to have to get off their bums any time a customer comes in, we brought a rent and a new printer in and the employee all but rolled his eyes and scoffed when he finally noticed us waiting to be seen. They will consistently offer at most HALF of what you could get at any other pawn shop. Rude idiot employees, and an unkept dusty store has ensured we will never return to first national. The end of the road trading post in evergreen will give you double what these sleezy jerks will- and they will treat you like a customer instead of an interruption. My advice- go somewhere else- any where else and save your self a headache

I've always noticed when people are unhappy with service received they are one of the first to post negative comments. Today I am on the opposite end of the spectrum. Every time we have a situation or a problem that we need addressed Myriad A has handled with professional, and Curtis service. When she says she will call u back she does. She truly exemplifies what Customer Service is about. Thank you!!!!

Forget it! You can never speak to a representative. For months I have been trying to change my bank account number in order to make payments on my credit card and the system will not allow it. Since my bank account on record is closed, I have to make my payments over the phone. Also, I inadvertantly entered my account number by omitted one number when I made a payment and cannot get anyone on the phone or on-line to correct it. It just sucks!

Overall - BAD, HORRIBLE or even worse. My mortgage was bought by BofA. It has been one bad experience after another. They lose information sent to them. They take weeks to release funds due to me, the home owner. I had to send in an insurance check for them to sign, so that I could pay for my roof repairs. It took two months to get them to sign the check and release the funds back to me. It was a (not funny) comedy of errors on their part. They gave me instructions and when I followed them, they replied with new requirments. They "lost" the check that they had cashed. It cleared through my insurance company a week before BofA released the funds to me. Note - I only gave them one star on the review because ZERO wasn't an option.
