These folks refuse to provide billing necessary for insurance to process payment. I have requested billing and medical information for my personal visits for several months and it has not been provided and they have not been compensated. Further, when I called, once I was told that they were " having lunch" and I would need to call later! They were very rude! So, I expect they will continue to refuse to provide necessary information for payment until they refer the bills to outside collection for recovery? Very unprofessional!
