This medical company is the more subpar healthcare estiablment. My claim was even escalated to there supervisor. After 3 weeks of attempting to get them to process my claim still wasnt successful. This company tried to blame my insurances. However after an three way conversation everything came to light quickly.. This untrustworthy establishment will pass the buck in a heart.. to attempt to have you do there job for them..

I had nothing but problems and "that's not our fault" answers from them. System was set wrong, took over a month to respond to doctor's request for changes in settings. Still not set right, then reported noncompliance. AVOID THEM if you have a choice.

I went to Apria in December 2009 for a replacement CPAP machine. I requested the customer service rep to confirm my coverage with my insurance company. Despite being assured by the customer service person of what my total charges would be and me signing a contract that specifies what my charges would be I found out later I am being billed $40.00 a month more than the contract. Apria refuses to correct this . I think Apria is deceptive in their business practices and non-responsive to complaints. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this company. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

After trying a couple other home oxygen providers in the area and being very disatisfied, I was relieved to find Apria who I was pleased with right from the beginning. I depend on oxygen and it is very important for me to have what I need when I need it. I am very pleased with this company and their service.
