Charlotte became his hub while working for US Airways, and it was during his down time that he was able to identify an opportunity in the second hand appliance market. My overall experience here was great. I came in on Saturday evening looking for both a washer and dryer. Although it was pretty busy when I arrived an employee by the name of Ruth helped me out, she seemed to be quite knowledgeable and was able to guide me on what brand and style was best for me and my family of four. What I really liked here the most was the cleanes of all the appliances and the long warranty they provide compared to other smaller shops I visited.

Drove from Concord to the store on Tryon at 10:45 on a Saturday and store was not even open. Very bad business practice.
