This company is fantastic!!! Several weeks ago Appliance Medic was able to come out to repair my HVAC unit. Jason was able to diagnose my issue quickly, he is very knowledgable and honest. I'll highly recommend them to anyone and I have to my family & friends.

Super fast response!! They came out the same day and diagnosed what was wrong with my dryer as well as provided a fix on the spot!! Also, for the work performed they were super reasonably priced! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! You guys are awesome!!

I was referred to Appliance Medic by a friend because I needed some minor repairs done. I am always wary of contact forms on websites, but I completed the form and, to my surprise, I actually heard back from someone quickly. I set up a time for my repair and the technician arrived on schedule. He was very professional, completed my repairs quickly, and didn’t leave me with sticker shock from the bill. :)



I have a rental home and called back a few weeks later to have them check on an issue with the refrigerator. Unfortunately, nothing could be done to fix that – or, rather, it wouldn’t have been worth it to fix it. However, the technician was able to stop by the rental property the same day to check out the issue, which was appreciated by both me and my tenant.



I have since referred Appliance Medic to others, including my parents who are fixing up their home to sell. The technician has been able to make a number of repairs around their home. More importantly, he’s saved them A LOT of money by finding the real cause of their appliance issues and fixing things that others didn’t think could be fixed.



Appliance Medic is definitely my go to for all of my repair needs!

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a repair company.. the technician was on time, resolved my issue quickly and best of all he was able to see me the same day!! My washer is running like new again! thanks so much Appliance Medic CLT, you guys rock!! great customer service!!!

Great service, at first it was my stove...which the technician quickly resolved, while he was there I noticedmy ice machine stopped producing ice. The technician took a look into the problem quickly identified the problem and my freezer was fixed..Then months later it was my microwave. I called and requested service, after speaking with the technician and explaining the problem they offered a solution that saved me hundreds of dollars. The honesty and integrity of the technician was fantastic. Effective, efficient and best of all reasonablepricing compared to other companies, I would recommend them to anyone who needs service/repairs to their appliances.

Called the guys at Appliance Medic to fix my Dryer and was thoroughly impressed with the prompt and professional service that they provided. Will definitely refer them and Use them again.

Excellent service along with an excellent, friendly and polite service technician. Couldn't ask for a more effective, timely service call and a job well done to top it off. I'll never think twice again about who to call when needing a great company to handle any appliance I own. Great job!!!
