Had a bad experience with these people. Quoted a job, but didn't explain in detail they couldn't do it the same way they saw it. Only after it didn't meet expectation, did they explain what they did instead, without calling to ask if the change made was acceptable. Refused to make corrections. Acted like they never had a complaint in all the years they were in business. No business ever is perfect and when they make a mistake they won't own up to it. Suggestion...Keep it simple for these guys, don't expect much!
